Consumers can return a small EE appliance to a retail, when all dimensions of the appliance are under 25 cm. These small EE-appliances can be returned to a retail
- which is a supermarket-type of retail selling EE-equipment, with at least 1000m2 of surface area, or
- a special store selling EE-equipment with at least 200m2 of surface area in active business use.
Consumers can return big EE-equipment to all retails, when buying a similar equipment from that retail. Big EE-equipment equals all equipment with one or all dimensions more than 25 cm.
Bigger household appliances are recommended to be returned to the official reception points listed on kierratys.info.
