The quantities of electrical and electronic equipment, as well as batteries put on the market, are reported in the new reporting system, Elrepo. The first reporting period in Elrepo will take place from 1 April to 30 April 2026, covering products put on the market during Q1 (1 January–31 March 2026).
Elrepo is used by Elker Oy (SELT assoc., ICT Producers Cooperative -TY, Flip assoc.) as well as Recser Ltd. and Akkukierrätys Pb Oy. Elrepo replaces the previous Prime reporting system.
Login is done with an email address, and no password is required. Enter your email address in the field, and you will receive a login link via email. Use the same email address that you previously used as a username in the old system.
Check that the following information is up to date
- Company details
- Billing information and billing reference
- Contact persons
- Finance department contact person
- Product categories
- Battery categories (if your company reports batteries)

Do you report for more than one company?
If you report for multiple companies, select the company after logging in.
You can switch companies by returning to the same page or directly via the dropdown menu at the top of the screen.
If you work as a consultant and handle registrations and/or reporting on behalf of your clients, the consultant company must be registered in Elrepo. Please contact Member Support if your consulting company has not yet been added to Elrepo.
Problems logging in?
- Ensure that you are using the same email address as in the old Prime system.
- Check your spam folder
- If your company has multiple reporters, ask a colleague (who has access) to check and add access rights for you
If you still do not receive a login link after these steps, submit a support request using this form. Member Support will verify your access rights and send you a confirmation email.
Old reports and corrections to 2025 reports
If your company needs to correct 2025 reports, this must be done in the old Prime reporting system:
- For electrical and electronic equipment: no later than 31 March 2026
- For batteries: reports can no longer be corrected
Reports from 2025 or earlier will not be transferred to Elrepo. You can view and download old reports from Prime until 31 March 2026. After that, reports can be requested by email from Member Support.
