Reporting is moving to a new system. We now ask all reporters to log in to Elrepo and verify that the company information is up to date. Actual reporting will take place according to the familiar schedule from April 1 to April 30, 2026, during which companies will report the number of devices put on the Finnish market during Q1 (January 1–March 31, 2026).
Login is done with an email address, and no password is required. Enter your email address in the field, and you will receive a login link via email. Use the same email address that you previously used as a username in the old system.

- Battery categories (if your company reports batteries)

Do you report information for more than one company?
If you report for more than one company, select the company after logging in. You can switch companies by returning to this page or directly via the dropdown menu at the top of the page.
What is Elrepo?
Elrepo functions both as a CRM for producer organizations and as a reporting platform for nearly 2,000 producers. Companies report in Elrepo the quantities of electrical and electronic equipment, as well as batteries and accumulators, placed on the market. Companies joining a producer organization, and distance sellers appointing an authorized representative, will send their registration request electronically going forward.
The system update has been necessary due to changes in producer responsibility legislation, as our previous system could no longer meet the new requirements.
In addition to Elker’s producer organizations (SELT assoc., ICT Producers Cooperative–TY, Flip assoc.), the battery producer organizations Recser Ltd. and Akkukierrätys Pb Oy also use Elrepo, and development has been done in close cooperation with them. Elrepo has been developed for us by Mediasignal Oy.
