You can prove that you take care of your producer responsibility with a certificate issued by Elker. The certificate proves that the distributor belongs to a producer organization, which is also required by 55 § of the Waste Act (646/2011).
The certificate shows the registration number of the producer organization in the Finnish Supervisory Agency and the member number of the producer company in its own producer association. A producer belonging to a producer organization is registered in the producer register of the Finnish Supervisory Agency under the registration code of the producer organization.
