Submit your Reports Retroactively from the Beginning of the Year
Reporting to the producer organisation is a statutory obligation for companies. New members and registered distance sellers are required to submit reports retroactively from the beginning of the current year.
You have one month, from the date of joining, to submit these reports. After that, reports must be submitted quarterly. A reminder fee of €150 may be charged for late or missing reports.
Reporting in Elrepo
Reports are submitted through the Elrepo reporting system. Any reports awaiting submission will be displayed at the top of the home page.
Once you have completed a reporting form, remember to submit it. A report is considered complete only after it has been submitted.
The Reporting Schedule is the Same Each Year
We recommend setting calendar reminders for the reporting deadlines.
- 1 January – 31 March: Report equipment put on the market by 30 April
- 1 April – 30 June: Report equipment put on the market by 31 July
- 1 July – 30 September: Report equipment put on the market by 31 October
- 1 October – 31 December: Report equipment put on the market by 15 January, and no later than 31 January.
Update Invoicing Language
Invoices are issued in Finnish to Finnish companies and in English to companies based outside Finland. If you would like to change the language of your invoices, you can update your language preference in Elrepo.
